Requesting payments from your customers through PayBud is easy and secure. Here’s how you can do it:
Open the PayBud App:
Log in to your PayBud business account on desktop or mobile.
Go to the Payment Request Section:
Click the ‘New Sale’ button at the bottom of the page.
Enter Payment Details:
Enter the amount you wish to request.
Send payment to the user (2 Methods)
QR Code
Direct the customer to the PayBud QR code assigned to your Dispensary.
Customer will scan and we’ll pull the payment information to their device for their approval.
Users PayBud ID
Ask for the customers ID
Click request payment
Send Payment Request:
The customer will receive a notification on their PayBud app to approve the payment.
Confirmation:
Once the customer approves the payment, you will receive a confirmation, and the funds will be transferred instantly to your PayBud account.
This process ensures a quick and seamless transaction experience for both you and your customers.
