Requesting payments from your customers through PayBud is easy and secure. Here’s how you can do it:

  1. Open the PayBud App:

    • Log in to your PayBud business account on desktop or mobile.

  2. Go to the Payment Request Section:

    • Click the ‘New Sale’ button at the bottom of the page.

  3. Enter Payment Details:

    • Enter the amount you wish to request.

  4. Send payment to the user (2 Methods)

    1. QR Code

      • Direct the customer to the PayBud QR code assigned to your Dispensary.

      • Customer will scan and we’ll pull the payment information to their device for their approval.

    2. Users PayBud ID

      • Ask for the customers ID

      • Click request payment

  5. Send Payment Request:

    • The customer will receive a notification on their PayBud app to approve the payment.

  6. Confirmation:

    • Once the customer approves the payment, you will receive a confirmation, and the funds will be transferred instantly to your PayBud account.

This process ensures a quick and seamless transaction experience for both you and your customers.
